What you'll do

• Run daily distribution of fresh fish while protecting cold-chain integrity.
• Manage inbound feed logistics and material flows from local and international suppliers.
• Own fleet strategy: route planning, vehicle utilization, 3PL contracts, and cost per kilogram moved.
• Oversee warehouse network with tight stock accuracy and FEFO/FIFO controls.
• Plan inventory for feed, packaging, spares, and consumables to prevent stock-outs without tying up capital.
• Build and lead the Kenya procurement team covering category buying, local-for-local sourcing, imports coordination, and P2P analysis.
