Senior Miller

Olam Agri is seeking a Senior Miller to oversee daily milling operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at its Apapa (Wheat) facility in Nigeria.

Who can apply

• Candidates with minimum 4+ years of hands-on wheat milling experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Food Science.

• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and process optimization.

What you'll do

• Ensure efficient daily milling operations and maximize plant performance.
• Maintain product quality and extraction levels as per defined parameters.
• Execute production plans, monitor process performance, and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead and train milling teams while managing spare parts and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, QMS, FSMS, and 5S standards.
• Control operational costs and minimize process waste.
