Nina Jojer Limited is recruiting for three full-time State/LGA Facilitator roles focused on Social and Behavioural Change for polio campaigns in Borno and Yobe, Nigeria.

Who can apply

• University degree in social sciences, communication, public health, community nutrition, community development, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of the local language is an asset.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience at State/LGA level in program planning, management, monitoring, and evaluation in immunization programs.
• Experience in social mobilization, advocacy, communication, training/capacity building, and team building.

What you'll do

• Support State Health Education officers and lead coordination of polio SBC interventions.
• Participate in state/LGA/ward IPD management teams and pre-campaign planning.
• Develop LGA-specific ACSM action plans and design strategies for hard-to-reach groups.
• Conduct supportive supervision, data analysis, and reporting on social mobilization funds.
• Coordinate with partners (SPHCDA, WHO, ROTARY, Red Cross, UNICEF) and maintain accountability frameworks.
• Deliverables include monthly work plans, reports, partner coordination, and SIA documentation.
