Head of Institution – Junior School at Chantilly Schools is a full-time leadership role based in Nairobi for an experienced educator to oversee the junior school and deliver the Kenyan 8-4-4 curriculum.

Who can apply

• Age: 35 – 50 years
• Education: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Certification: Valid registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) and in good standing
• Experience: At least 10 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (Deputy Headteacher or Headteacher)
• School Level Experience: Must have experience teaching and managing at the primary school level
• Academic Performance Record: Proven academic performance record in KCPE (370 marks and above), KPSEA, or KJSEA (7.0 and above), at both County and National level
• Must Have: Proven track record of success in delivering the Kenyan national 8-4-4 curriculum, including evidence of effective teaching and learning strategies aligned with the 8-4-4 system, particularly in preparing students for national examinations KCPE and actual evidence performance rank nationwide
