Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualification such as CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent
• 7 years’ experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or Financial Operations
• Experience in fintech, banking, payment services, or financial services is preferred
• Experience managing treasury operations across multiple markets is an advantage

What you'll do

• Manage daily cash positions, forecasts, and liquidity across bank accounts, wallets, and settlement accounts
• Optimize idle cash balances and ensure adequate funding for daily settlements
• Maintain relationships with banks, payment networks, and financial partners
• Oversee bank account administration, mandates, and treasury documentation
• Safeguard customer funds in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage liquidity, foreign exchange, settlement, and counterparty risks
• Develop and enforce treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Prepare treasury and liquidity reports for executive leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop the Treasury team
