• Up to 2 years of experience in bid management or proposal development within IT or technology sales
• Strong understanding of Microsoft products, cloud solutions (M365, Azure), and Microsoft licensing models
• Good grasp of Kenyan procurement laws and tendering procedures

What you'll do

• Lead identification, monitoring, and submission of bids, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and tenders
• Develop and maintain bid plans, schedules, and reusable content repositories
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with Microsoft offerings
• Coordinate internal approvals and liaise with stakeholders
• Track procurement opportunities and ICT trends in Kenya
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft partner requirements and Kenyan regulations
