Regen Organics is hiring Area Sales Managers across four counties in Kenya to lead field teams, manage commercial-farm sales, and grow regenerative agriculture markets.

Who can apply

• 5+ years of experience selling agri-inputs directly to large commercial farmers
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND); agronomy or agribusiness qualifications are an advantage
• Sound knowledge of farming activities in the area of operation
• Experience managing or coaching field/sales teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Swahili
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable using smartphones, laptops, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a driving license and be willing to self-drive

What you'll do

• Manage and grow a promoter team (30% of time): recruit, onboard, train, and coach promoters; handle performance and vacancies
• Partner with depot staff and agrovet owners (20% of time): build relationships, follow up on payments, and resolve issues
• Manage Digital Communication Associates (20% of time): coach performance, support collaboration, and participate in farmer-facing events
• Conduct direct sales to commercial farms (20% of time): identify and nurture promising farms, manage a pipeline of around 10 repeat accounts and 10 active leads, close sales, and grow repeat purchase volumes
• Report hub sales performance weekly (10% of time)
