What you'll do

• Recruitment & Onboarding: conduct interviews, guide hiring managers, and ensure efficient turnaround
• Performance Improvement: review and update job descriptions; identify trends and recommend solutions
• Learning and Development: deliver onboarding training and maintain learning documentation
• Employee Relations: handle grievances and disciplinary processes in line with Vivo policies and confidentiality
• Stakeholder Management: maintain strong relationships with line managers and senior leadership
• Project Management: participate in company projects and create tools/templates for departmental effectiveness
• Reporting: submit weekly/monthly performance reports and monthly absenteeism reports
