M-KOPA is hiring Mobility Telesales Representatives to drive revenue growth through outbound sales of motorbikes and other mobility products across Kenya.

Who can apply

• Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
• A results-oriented, self-driven approach with ability to multitask
• Comfort working with CRM systems and working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools

What you'll do

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch M-KOPA Mobility products including motorbikes
• Engage existing customers to cross-sell tailored mobility products
• Follow up on customer commitments to ensure sales closure and fulfilment
• Meet and exceed conversion and sales targets while maintaining high conversation quality
• Ensure calls comply with quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines
• Maintain talk time benchmarks to drive productivity
• Identify and escalate customer concerns or objections
