Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is seeking a Chargé du Recrutement et Ressources Humaines to implement recruitment policy and HR administration for a project-based role.

Who can apply

• Diploma in human resources management, business administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in recruitment and selection within an international NGO, preferably in developing countries or humanitarian contexts.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR administrative management, ideally in international or humanitarian environments.
• Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment and administration.

What you'll do

• Define recruitment strategies and communicate vacancies using MSF channels.
• Draft job descriptions and oversee selection processes (screening, interviews, testing).
• Manage contracts, pre-employment checks, payroll data entry, and salary payments.
• Update organigrams, assess HR needs, and plan staff rotations and leave schedules.
• Produce HR reports, ensure legal compliance, and support internal communication and training.
