What you'll do

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and walk-in guests
• Identify new business opportunities and secure long-term partnerships to increase occupancy and revenue
• Manage relationships with existing clients and pursue upselling and repeat business
• Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, advertising, and online presence
• Work with operations and front office to meet and exceed client expectations
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Lead and support the sales team to consistently meet targets
