Who can apply

• Solid technical grounding and hands-on IT Operations experience
• Confidence with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP, Chef/Puppet)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gitlab) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher)
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time via auto, train, or air and sit for up to 4 hours
• Previous experience as a TAM supporting mid-market or enterprise cloud customers
• Experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools

What you'll do

• Advise on technical support, product adoption, and renewal processes
• Analyze customer IT Operations environments and recommend improvements
• Act as customer advocate by aligning Datadog solutions with customer goals
• Participate in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new features and products
• Evolve best practices for technical product adoption and customer success
