Program Manager

The Program Manager role at World Relief in Chad leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs while driving funding and partnership strategies.

Who can apply

• University degree in a related field.
• Minimum five years of international relief and development experience with progressive leadership, or seven years in business management.
• Experience with donors such as USAID, EU, FCDO, ECHO, UN Agencies.
• Experience serving in a hardship post in a complex emergency setting.
• Excellent verbal and written English and French communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage budgets with strong time management and negotiation skills.

• Oversee program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Develop and submit project proposals and high-quality reports.
• Supervise and mentor program staff, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Lead partner mapping and cultivate relationships for resource mobilization.
• Represent WR Chad with donors and government entities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and coordinate with Finance, HR, and Procurement.
• Participate in team spiritual life, including devotions and prayer.
