What you'll do

• Sales: Identify and engage prospective customers, promote services, and grow the customer base; meet individual and departmental sales targets.
• Customer service: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person; resolve issues and escalate complex cases; maintain high satisfaction and trust.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions; prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer interactions, loan status, attendance, inventory, or other assigned activities.
• Administrative support: Maintain physical and digital records, files, and correspondence; perform data entry and reporting.
