What you'll do

• Monitor and respond to SMS inquiries and client communications with empathy and clarity
• Proactively check in on clients to ensure satisfaction and progress toward wellness goals
• Conduct consultative conversations using open-ended questions to understand concerns and provide guidance
• Manage phone consultations via Calendly or similar tools
• Accurately record client interactions and progress notes in CRM and scheduling platforms
• Support client engagement by offering resources, encouraging appointment scheduling, and addressing retention needs
