Podcast Producer – Audio & YouTube Content

Hire Hangar is looking for a hands-on Podcast Producer to run the full production cycle—from scripting and guest booking through to YouTube publishing and performance tracking—on a fast-growing global podcast slate.

What you'll do

• Pre-Production: Develop episode outlines, scripts, and timelines; coordinate guest outreach and scheduling; manage remote/in-studio logistics
• Production: Oversee recordings, ensure audio quality, and organize raw audio/video
• Post-Production: Review and edit rough cuts; coordinate final mix, mastering, and quality control; upload to Libsyn, Anchor, etc.
• YouTube Integration: Adapt audio to video-ready formats; collaborate on visuals, metadata, chaptering, and thumbnails; optimize titles and tags
• Publishing & QA: Publish across Spotify, Apple, YouTube, Google; perform quality checks; track performance and audience feedback
• Workflow & Improvement: Maintain checklists and style guides; propose efficiency improvements
