• Human Resource Officer: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field; CHRP-K certification; IHRM membership; 5 years’ HR experience (2 in supervisory role).
• Human Resource Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field; 2 years’ HR experience.

What you'll do

• Human Resource Officer: Provide strategic HR support, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR analytics, learning and development, and compliance.
• Human Resource Assistant: Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, employee lifecycle processes, recruitment administration, onboarding, employee records maintenance, and routine HR policy support.
