What you'll do

• Drive revenue growth and expand high-net-worth network pipelines
• Secure high-value real estate transactions across ultra-luxury developments
• Manage complex, high-value deal structures and buyer negotiations
• Develop strategic channels with private wealth managers, family offices, and corporate executives
• Prospect, qualify, and manage a refined sales pipeline
• Design and execute bespoke property walkthroughs and technical presentations
• Monitor luxury real estate trends and competitor pricing
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Customer Relations teams for transaction compliance
• Represent Popville Luxury Homes at exclusive networking forums and high-end expos
• Maintain thorough records of prospective buyers and deal stages using the company’s CRM system
