• Experience in project coordination or technical roles in large Design & Build
• Skills: excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, and meetings
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) an asset
• Requirements: fluency in written and spoken English, good physical condition, compliance with health and safety standards

What you'll do

• Assist in preparation of proposal/project meetings
• Issue minutes of meetings and create action item logs
• Produce project management reports (weekly/monthly), including KPIs, project status, and close-out reports
• Assist in cost and schedule control with the Project Controls Lead
• Coordinate submission of invoices/timesheets to the Client
• Review invoices from sub-consultants and suppliers and coordinate payments with F&A
• Manage project documents and coordinate with the Document Control Lead
• Coordinate issuance of subcontracts and purchase orders
