What you'll do

• Manage customer relations by handling incoming and outgoing calls according to company quality standards
• Analyze prospects’ needs to propose suitable complementary health and providence solutions
• Handle cancellation requests and implement effective retention actions
• Support policyholders throughout their journey and ensure rigorous tracking of exchanges via CRM tools
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and insurance sector regulations
