Content & Community Manager

Digital B TV and Digital B Agency are hiring a Content & Community Manager to grow their social media presence in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

What it offers

• Day-to-day management of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube and Snapchat
• Creation and execution of an editorial strategy
• Writing engaging posts tailored to each platform
• Scheduling and publishing content
• Community engagement by responding to comments and messages
• Campaigns to increase visibility, engagement and followers
• Collaboration with production teams to optimize videos, visuals and digital formats
• Ongoing monitoring of digital trends and platform algorithms
• Weekly and monthly performance reports
• Contribution to brand development for Digital B TV and Digital B Agency

Who can apply

• Minimum education: Bac+3 in communication, digital marketing, journalism or equivalent
• Minimum experience: 3 years managing digital communities
• Required skills:
  • Strong command of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube
  • Excellent French writing skills (English is an asset)
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, YouTube Studio, Canva and analytics tools
• Desired qualities: Creativity, autonomy, organization, ability to work under pressure, strong awareness of news and media
