Director – Program Delivery

CorpsAfrica seeks a Director of Program Delivery to lead the design, oversight, and evolution of its Volunteer service model across multiple African countries.

What it offers

• Full-time, fixed-term contract (2 years), remote location
• Reports to the Chief Program Officer and supervises regional Program Delivery Coordinators
• Core focus on Community-Led Development (CLD) and youth economic inclusion, with inclusion targets: at least 70% female youth, 5% people with disabilities, and agreed targets for refugees and displaced persons

Who can apply

• Master’s degree in international development, public policy, social sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of progressive program leadership experience in international development, volunteerism, or social impact
• At least 7 years of expertise in youth economic inclusion and job creation within community-led development
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is a strong asset

What you'll do

• Lead strategy for youth work opportunities and income-generating activities across sectors such as agribusiness, ICT, and the green economy
• Develop policies, tools, and guidance for Volunteers, with embedded inclusion targets
• Oversee Volunteer Liaison coordination and a comprehensive training framework
• Provide technical guidance on climate-related project design and disability inclusion via the Green Coordinator
• Support strategic evolution of the service model and collaborate with Monitoring and Evaluation to refine impact measurement
• Represent CorpsAfrica at national and international forums and maintain key external relationships
• Curate research and establish an organizational knowledge hub to support evidence-based programming
