What you'll do

• Deliver practical and classroom-based training in automotive repair and maintenance
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
• Train students in diagnostics, engine repair, electrical systems, suspension, braking, transmission, and preventive maintenance
• Demonstrate safe use of tools and workshop practices
• Assess performance, give feedback, and maintain training records
• Keep content current with industry standards and new technologies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Mentor trainees and support their development
• Enroll a minimum of 15 students every semester
• Use AI tools effectively for training
• Partner with universities for skills training
