- Have experience in civic engagement, youth leadership, community organizing, advocacy, policy engagement, social innovation, activism, movements, or political participation
- Available to participate fully in all online and in-person program activities
- Willing to contribute to cross-border project development and program evaluations
- Committed to actively engaging in the alumni network
