Store Supervisor, Northern Nigeria

Golden Penny Foods, a subsidiary of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee inventory operations in Northern Nigeria.

Who can apply

• Candidates with 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings
• Holders of OND in Business Management, Accounting, or any Social Science-related discipline
• Applicants with minimum of two (2) years' cognate experience in stores, inventory management, or stock control

What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day issuance of materials and ensure timely service delivery to internal customers
• Ensure all stock receipts and issues are accurately recorded in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD365)
• Monitor stock movements and escalate discrepancies or irregularities
• Oversee issuance of packing slips and ensure complete documentation for payment processing
• Support implementation of approved reorder levels to prevent stock-outs
• Track inventory usage trends and contribute to replenishment planning
• Maintain accurate bin cards and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records
• Assist in receiving and verifying materials against approved documentation
• Ensure all inventory transactions are supported by appropriate documentation
