Golden Penny Foods, part of Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc, is seeking an Assistant Hygiene Manager to support hygiene, sanitation, and pest management programs at its milling operation in Apapa.

What you'll do

• Support the implementation and monitoring of plant hygiene and housekeeping programs in line with food safety standards
• Assist in managing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and fumigation activities to ensure effective pest prevention and control
• Support the management of product returns from trade through proper documentation, segregation, disposal, and preventive action implementation
• Participate in internal and external audits and support the closure of identified gaps to ensure compliance with statutory and food safety requirements

Qualifications

• HND/B.Sc. in Food Science or a related discipline
• Professional hygiene certification will be an added advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Certifications in Quality Management, Food Safety Management Systems, or Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage
