Who can apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent is an added advantage
• Working knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices

What you'll do

Finance responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll administration
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and budgets
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and expense tracking
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls

Human resources responsibilities:

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
• Support performance management and employee development programs
• Manage payroll-related employee data and benefits administration
• Implement HR policies and procedures
