• Customer Service training or retail service certificate is advantageous
• Basic Cashier or Point-of-Sale training is advantageous

What you'll do

• Assist customers across all departments and provide product support
• Operate cashier duties: scanning items, handling cash, and balancing tills
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and shelf presentation
• Support stock rotation using FIFO and monitor expiry dates
• Assist with daily stock counts and full stock takes
• Replenish shelves and ensure correct pricing and product placement
• Receive deliveries and move stock to designated areas
• Resolve customer queries and direct customers to required products
• Support store opening and closing procedures
• Work with team members to maintain smooth store operations
