What you'll do

• Scale the human organization by leading, mentoring, and growing a diverse, distributed engineering team.
• Drive operational and delivery excellence by owning the product roadmap and adopting modern engineering practices (e.g., GitOps, automated testing, CI/CD).
• Oversee the architectural integrity of cloud-native, high-throughput financial systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure software delivery meets high security and financial compliance standards.
