Visual Merchandising Lead at Ruff n Tumble

Ruff n Tumble is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to shape in-store experiences for its growing network of children’s fashion outlets across Nigeria.

What it offers

• Lead the visual merchandising strategy for 12 retail outlets nationwide, including the flagship in Ikeja GRA, Lagos.
• Curate compelling product displays that align with the brand’s trend-driven aesthetic for boys and girls aged 0–16.
• Work with both locally produced and international collections from the UK, Italy, Spain, and America.

Who can apply

• Candidates with prior experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative display and layout design.
• Familiarity with children’s fashion and family shopping environments is advantageous.

What you'll do

• Design and execute in-store visual concepts that enhance brand identity and drive sales.
• Oversee store layouts, window displays, and seasonal promotions across multiple locations.
• Train and guide store teams on visual standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to align visuals with product launches.
