• Qualification: Relevant bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7)
• Experience: Approximately 6 years in a Finance/Accounting environment, including payroll processing for at least 1,000 employees and multiple payrolls

What you'll do

Senior Lecturer

• Disseminate knowledge (teaching and learning), create knowledge (research), and engage with the community
• Assume administrative, management, and/or leadership duties at departmental, faculty, and/or university levels
• Provide academic leadership in teaching and learning, research and community engagement, and governance

Manager: Payroll

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a large employee base
• Lead continuous improvements of payroll-related business processes and systems
• Ensure compliance with legislation (PAYE, UIF, LRA, BCEA, SARS submissions)
