• Coordinate disciplinary, grievance, and exit processes per policies and employment laws
• Provide first-line HR guidance on policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
• Plan and coordinate training programmes, workshops, and learning initiatives
• Administer benefits: medical insurance, pension, Group Life Assurance, GPA, and WIBA
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and leave records; prepare monthly HR reports
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment checks
