• Experience in maintenance and multidisciplinary projects
• Strong understanding of Pressure Vessels (PVV), structural works, and vessel-related works
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing and installation, project planning and scheduling, progress reporting, and project controls
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Strong leadership, team management skills, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced shutdown environment
• Solid knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Fluency in English

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute shutdown projects from preparation through completion
• Ensure all shutdown activities are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with HSE standards
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams across maintenance and construction scopes
• Manage operations within Pressure Vessels (PVV), Structural works (STR), and Vessels and capacity-related equipment
• Oversee preparation and work-pack development, manufacturing works, site installation, and execution
• Develop and monitor project schedules, shutdown timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Ensure accurate progress tracking and reporting to stakeholders
• Manage overall project coordination, including progress monitoring and control, invoicing and cost tracking, and site mobilization and demobilization
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with technical and safety requirements
• Manage personnel mobilization, including workforce planning and logistics
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between site teams and headquarters
