What you'll do

  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action points.
  • Assist in preparing project work plans, activity schedules, progress reports, and implementation updates.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government officials, partners, consultants, and service providers.
  • Support stakeholder relationship management and represent the organization professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, concept notes, correspondence, and other project documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases for project information.
  • Support procurement processes, vendor coordination, and operational logistics.
  • Assist in budget monitoring, expense tracking, and documentation of project expenditures.
  • Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and briefing materials.
  • Document decisions, resolutions, outcomes, and agreed action points.
  • Support the development and timely submission of project reports and communication materials.
  • Work on at least 2 EU-Horizon major projects.
