Platinium.sn is hiring Digital Transformation Advisors to help SMEs in Dakar modernize their operations. No prior ERP experience is required—full product training is provided.

• Holders of an advanced diploma in Commerce, Management, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or Entrepreneurship are preferred.
• No prior experience with an ERP tool is required.

What you'll do

• Prospecting: Identify and meet decision-makers in SMEs, shops, accounting firms, clinics, and private schools.
• Product demonstrations: Present the platform’s features (invoicing, stock tracking, expense management, reporting).
• Activation & support: Help new users set up free trial accounts and guide them through initial configuration.
• Retention: Provide ongoing support, answer technical questions, and assist with conversion to paid subscriptions.
