What you'll do

• Provide technical support, including agenda setting and preparation of background documentation for programme activities.
• Support data collection and analysis for the programme.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement, including maintaining an updated GMA-Kenya chapter member database and organizing community meetings, workshops, and consultations.
• Contribute to strategic communication and visibility by drafting newsletters, social media content, success stories, and preparing communication materials for the GMA-Kenya chapter and the programme.
• Support Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) tasks, such as preparing a MEAL plan for the Mangrove Champions Initiative, developing an accountability plan for the GMA-Kenya chapter, and tracking the implementation of the Mangrove Restoration Tracker Tool and Global Mangrove Watch platforms in Kenya.
• Provide administrative and logistical support, including travel arrangements, procurement requests, event logistics, and maintaining organized records of project documentation and correspondence.
