Who can apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in microbiology testing, preferably within the food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry

What you'll do

• Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, water, and environmental samples
• Perform microbial analysis, identification, and interpretation of laboratory results
• Monitor hygiene standards and support contamination control initiatives
• Support food safety programmes, including HACCP, GMP, and quality management systems
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentation
• Conduct investigations into microbiological deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
• Support internal and external quality audits
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Production teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards
