SAP Nigeria Young Professional Program 2026

The SAP Nigeria Young Professionals Program 2026 is a free, two-month online training initiative designed to equip recent graduates with SAP certifications and soft skills for careers as SAP Associate Consultants.

What it offers

• Free training leading to globally-recognised associate-level SAP Certifications
• Classroom and workshop-based training in SAP Technologies
• Development of soft skills for successful job applications
• Introductions to job opportunities within the SAP Ecosystem after training

Who can apply

• Candidates must be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to SAP careers
• Must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or AI
• Preference given to graduates within the last three years with a top-quartile GPA
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Must commit to full-time availability from 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday, for the two-month program

What you'll do

• Learn directly from SAP experts
• Contribute to SAP S/4 HANA project phases including blueprinting, design, implementation, and optimization
• Provide business process and functional expertise to clients
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and grow referenceable accounts through consulting and relationship-building
