The DHL Group Gen Z Programme 2026/27 is a 12-month internship in Midrand, Gauteng, designed for young South Africans ready to launch their careers.

Who can apply

• You must be between 18 and 25 years old
• You must have recently completed Grade 12/Matric
• You must have a post-matric qualification (Certificate, Diploma or equivalent)
• You must have no prior work experience
• You must have good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• You must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• You must demonstrate good numerical ability
• You must have intermediate computer and MS Office skills
• You must be eager to learn, grow and contribute
• You must have not previously participated in the YES Programme
