Who can apply

• Clinical Officer (Nakuru): Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery, registered with Clinical Officers Council, valid practicing license, at least 1 year post-internship experience, over 1 year in a busy health facility, knowledge of non-communicable diseases (NCD) management, BLS and ACLS certificates.
• Pharmaceutical Technologist (Nairobi): Degree in Pharmacy or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology, at least 3 years post-internship experience, registered with Pharmacy and Poisons Board, proficiency in Health Management Information Systems.
• Facility Administrator (Nairobi): Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Health Management Information Systems.
• Medical Officer (Nairobi): Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB or MBBS), registered with Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council, at least 1 year internship experience, BLS and ACLS certificates.
• Customer Experience Officer/Receptionist (Nairobi): Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/Health Records or equivalent, at least 2 years in a service-oriented industry, proficiency in Health Management Information Systems.
• Laboratory Technologist (Nairobi): Degree in Laboratory Sciences or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, at least 1 year internship experience, registered with Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board, trained in Laboratory Quality Management Systems.

What you'll do

• Clinical Officer: Diagnose and treat patients, provide preventive care, manage medical and surgical conditions, participate in public health initiatives, ensure regulatory and ethical compliance.
• Pharmaceutical Technologist: Dispense medications, maintain records, ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Facility Administrator: Oversee facility operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with healthcare laws, handle financial and budgeting tasks.
• Medical Officer: Provide clinical care, manage patient treatment, ensure compliance with healthcare policies and reporting procedures.
• Customer Experience Officer/Receptionist: Manage front desk operations, ensure positive patient experiences, handle administrative tasks.
• Laboratory Technologist: Perform diagnostic tests, ensure quality standards, assist in disease detection and treatment.
