Pepkor Lifestyle’s W&R SETA-funded Graduate Internship offers structured workplace experience in retail for young graduates and TVET students at its Johannesburg Head Office.

What it offers

• A 12-month Graduate Programme and 18-month TVET Work Integrated Learning experience, both funded by the Wholesale & Retail SETA.
• A large team of professionals to support professional growth and provide project resources.
• Exposure to brands, systems, and operations across retail environments.
• Structured on-boarding, induction programmes, and meetings to learn about different company functions.

Who can apply

• South African citizens under the age of 32 with a valid SA ID.
• Unemployed graduates with a degree or diploma in:
  • Marketing Management
  • Business Management / Business Administration
  • Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
  • Digital / Marketing / E-commerce
  • IT Project Administration / Project Management
  • IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology
• TVET College graduates to complete the 18-month practical component.

What you'll do

• Attend on-boarding/induction programmes and meetings.
• Execute duties under senior supervision.
• Perform research and document trends (e.g., new technology, best practices).
• Visit different locations/stores for hands-on experience.
• Make presentations for evaluation.
• Perform additional responsibilities to achieve business objectives.
