• Learnership: Unemployed South African citizens aged 18–35 with Matric (English, Maths/Maths Lit/Accounting), no prior learnerships, reliable transport, basic computer skills.

What you'll do

• Admin Head: Oversee repatriation hub operations, coordinate national/international repatriations, manage documentation, liaise with airlines/embassies, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Member Engagement Officer: Plan and execute member activations/roadshows/events, drive Member Rewards programme uptake, coordinate logistics, train branch teams, manage budgets and suppliers.
• Learnership: Complete 12 months of training toward the Long-Term Insurance Adviser qualification, supported by a monthly stipend.
