Who can apply

• At least 2 years in a Sacco, microfinance institution, or bank, ideally in customer-facing or supervisory roles
• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field—or equivalent experience
• Strong people skills, comfort with performance data, and clear written/spoken communication

What you'll do

• Coach six front-line staff daily, reviewing every customer interaction and giving specific feedback
• Keep team members on track to hit daily targets for new accounts, customer payments, and savings deposits
• Co-chair a 45-minute weekly team meeting with the broader 18-person Relationship Management team
• Monitor monthly performance scores, flagging anyone needing extra support before month-end
• Send daily updates and a monthly performance report to the Performance Optimisation Officer
