What you'll do

• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
• Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution.
• Track computer system issues to resolution within agreed time limits.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., PMs & software developers).
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Refer to internal databases or external resources for accurate tech solutions.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
• Document technical knowledge in notes and manuals.
