• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and upsell menu items, specials and promotions
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Provide excellent customer service
• Process customer bills and payments accurately
• Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service
