LOTUS Bank is recruiting a Performance Management Officer / Business Analyst to drive financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting across the bank.

Who can apply

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related numerate/business field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in performance management, financial planning & analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI dashboard development; strong SQL and data-modelling knowledge; excellent analytical, variance, and trend-analysis skills; strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Preferred: ICAN or ACCA certification.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly performance reports for business teams and strategic business units.
• Conduct end-to-end deal profitability analysis on risk-asset facilities, including net-income per cycle and interbank funding costs (Funds Transfer Pricing).
• Prepare and cascade organisation-wide budgets (Opex, Capex, revenue, deposits, risk assets) across divisions and strategic business units.
• Perform daily variance and trend analysis on financial results and provide early-warning insights to senior management.
• Analyse profitability and performance of digital, deposit, and risk-asset products to identify revenue leakages and growth opportunities.
• Execute industry and competitor benchmarking to support strategic planning.
• Liaise with HR on financial performance appraisals aligned to business outcomes.
• Partner with business units to support data-driven decision-making and resolve performance issues.
