ICT Graduate Trainee

Premier Hospital in Nyali, Mombasa is seeking an ICT Graduate Trainee to support technical systems and gain practical experience in enterprise applications and infrastructure.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field

• Ability to work independently under supervision and collaborate across departments

What you'll do

• Assist with data preparation, validation, migration support and reconciliation
• Support configuration, testing and documentation of enterprise applications and digital systems
• Execute test cases, maintain test evidence and issue logs
• Assist with user-account preparation, access reviews and system administration
• Support system integrations, interface testing and technical troubleshooting
• Prepare user guides, technical notes, inventories and handover documentation
• Support user training, deployment activities and post-deployment stabilization
• Provide first- and second-line ICT support and escalate unresolved incidents
• Monitor system checks, backups, interfaces and support queues
• Comply with confidentiality, cybersecurity, data-protection and acceptable-use requirements
