CHAK Hiring Business Development Intern

CHAK is seeking a Business Development Intern to support its Business Development Department at the CHAK Secretariat in Nairobi. This role offers hands-on experience in administrative, coordination, and operational tasks within a faith-based health organization.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Management, Economics, International Relations, Development Studies, or Public Health
• Understanding in project management, partnerships, or program development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with business intelligence or CRM tools is an added advantage

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the Business Development Department
• Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
• Manage communication, including emails, calls, and visitors
• Support preparation of presentations and other documentation
• Assist in coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions
• Support partner due diligence and drafting of documentation
• Track partnership activities and maintain databases
• Develop partner success stories for the communication team
• Assist in organizing departmental events and activities
