• Location: Abuja, Nigeria with travel to field locations

Who can apply

• University degree in International Relations, Humanitarian Affairs, Economics, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field
• Languages: Hausa (fluent, spoken and written) and English (professional working proficiency)
• Minimum 5 years humanitarian sector experience, with significant time in Nigeria
• Experience collaborating with UN agencies, international and national NGOs, and government authorities
• Demonstrated skills in community engagement, data analysis, and information product development
• Familiarity with Large Language Models, cloud computing, and database management is essential
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certifications or courses are an asset

What you'll do

• Act as ANTICIPA’s primary representative in Nigeria, engaging with NEMA, SEMA, NiMet, NIHSA, NASRDA, government ministries, IFRC, Red Cross, NGOs, and local leaders
• Represent ANTICIPA in humanitarian coordination forums and champion platform adoption
• Lead participatory workshops and consultations to identify information gaps and translate needs into technical requirements
• Design and develop information products such as automated reports, maps, and dashboards
• Develop and oversee community engagement and training programs on ANTICIPA usage
• Ensure alignment with 3iS operational, security, procurement, and financial regulations
