Who can apply

• B.Sc Degree / HND / advanced Diploma in Security Operations and Management, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology or related disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years work experience, including 2 years as Head of unit
• Must have worked in a hospitality industry in the same capacity for a minimum of 2 years
• 40 years old and above
• Computer literate
• Versatile in asset protection and human relations
• Ex-service personnel with a clean service record and military, para-military, industrial or corporate security experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Computers, CCTV, Fire and Safety systems

What you'll do

• Recruit and train security personnel
• Coordinate and accomplish security tasks
• Plan and develop the overall operational security strategy
• Create, implement and communicate security policies and procedures to the security team
• Ensure strict compliance with company regulations and policies by staff
• Liaise with local community
